Previsible Client Performance Hub

Effective: 12/23/25

What We Collect and Access

Google Account Information: We use Google authentication and collect your name and email address for account access and communication.

Google Analytics 4 & Search Console Data: With your authorization, we access your GA4 and GSC data (read-only) to generate performance reports and insights. This may include website traffic data, user behavior metrics, and search performance data. You are responsible for ensuring your GA4 configuration complies with applicable privacy laws.

Third-Party SEO Data: We query public SEO data providers (SEMRush, Ahrefs, etc.) using your domain and keyword information to enhance our reporting.

Usage Analytics: We track how you use the Performance Hub on an individual basis — which reports you view, features you use, and time spent — to better understand your interests and focus our efforts where they matter most to you. We also aggregate this data to identify which features provide value.

Error Diagnostics: We automatically log technical errors including system state and request context. These logs may incidentally contain client data and are retained solely for troubleshooting purposes.

  • SEO Data Providers: We send domain/keyword data to third-party APIs (SEMRush, Ahrefs, etc.) to retrieve publicly available SEO metrics.
  • Infrastructure Providers: Fully encrypted backups are stored with third-party hosting providers.

  • Access is restricted to authorized personnel with MFA enforcement for employees.
