What We Collect and Access

General Account Information: We provide the option of authentication via Google oAuth or Microsoft Identity Providers. We collect your name and email address for account access and communication.

Google Search Console Data: With your authorization, we access your GSC data (read-only) via OAuth. This data is stored on Previsible-owned physical servers located in New York to generate performance reports, track trends over time, and support strategic recommendations. You are responsible for ensuring your GSC configuration complies with applicable privacy laws.

Google Analytics 4 Data: With your authorization, we access your GA4 data (read-only) via OAuth. GA4 data is fetched in real time from Google's API and displayed within the platform. We do not store GA4 data on our servers.

Third-Party SEO Data: We query public SEO data providers (SEMRush, Ahrefs, etc.) using your domain and keyword information to enhance our reporting.

Usage Analytics: We use Matomo, self-hosted on Previsible-owned infrastructure, to track how you use the platform on an individual basis, including reports viewed, features used, and time spent. This data helps us understand your interests, improve the platform, and focus efforts where they provide the most value. We also aggregate this data to identify which features are most useful. Matomo uses cookies to support this tracking. This analytics data is not shared with third parties.

Error Diagnostics: We automatically log technical errors including system state and request context. These logs may incidentally contain client data and are retained solely for troubleshooting purposes.

How We Use This Data

  • Generating performance reports and campaign insights for your account
  • Improving platform features and identifying underutilized reports
  • Technical support and error resolution
  • Internal business optimization and historical reference

Employee Access: Previsible employees may access client data within the platform as necessary to deliver services, provide support, and maintain platform operations. All employees are bound by confidentiality obligations.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your data.

  • Google APIs: We access your GA4 and GSC data using OAuth tokens via authorized accounts. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
  • SEO Data Providers: We send domain/keyword data to third-party APIs (SEMRush, Ahrefs, etc.) to retrieve publicly available SEO metrics.
  • Infrastructure Providers: Fully encrypted backups are stored with third-party hosting providers.

Data Security and Storage

  • All systems are hosted on Previsible-owned hardware in secure colocation facilities.
  • Access is restricted to authorized personnel with MFA enforcement for employees.
  • All logs are stored on private infrastructure.
  • Google OAuth tokens have read-only access to GA4 and GSC data.
  • Backups are encrypted before transmission to third-party storage.

Your Rights

  • Revoke Google API access at any time through your Google account settings.
  • Request information about your data.
  • Request deletion of your data (subject to contractual obligations).

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as needed. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
